Goat anti HIV reactive Gamma Globulin
Formulated as a sterile Caprine IgG solution in 0.15M NaCl.
This highly purified polyclonal caprine anti HIV preparation is comprised of a cocktail of antibodies formulated by immunising specific disease free goat herds with a range of HIV viral lysates, HIV synthetic peptides and HIV recombinant proteins. These individual polyclonal antibody isolates are then formulated into a very high titer, broadly neutralising sterile anti HIV caprine IgG preparation.
The final product is a highly purified, (>99%) caprine IgG fraction that has been passed across a human protein affinity column to reduce the anti human cross reactivity of the antibody cocktail. The human protein affinity column is comprised of human epitopes sourced from FDA approved human blood products, including plasma fractions, red blood cell extracts, Factor VIII and complement components. Specifically formulated to be non cytotoxic with low reactivity to Human RBCs.
The preparation is supplied as a sterile liquid at a 10mg/mL concentration in 0.15M NaCl, pH 6.8-7.4.
