Goat anti PON1 (Paraoxonase)
Paraoxonase I, also called Esterase-A is involved in the detoxification of organophosphate insecticides such as parathion. Paraoxonase 1 may also confer protection against coronary artery disease by destroying proinflammatory oxidised lipids present in oxidised low-density lipoproteins (LDLs).
A recombinant 42.9 kDa His tagged antigen was conjugated to a proprietary muramyl dipeptide based adjuvant employed to elicit a high titer polyclonal antibody response.
The antibody is supplied as a semi purified (>98% pure) IgG fraction from raw plasma, in a sterile isotonic saline solution at 10mg/mL.
